No referral is necessary to receive regular chiropractic care. Please bring your referral with you if you are a DVA, NDIS, Enhanced Primary Care Plan or Workcover patient.

What will happen on your first visit?
If you have recieved chiropractic care recently with another Chiropractor.
We will ask you to fill in a new patient care form. Depending on access to your previous records and imaging, Dr Farmer will normally take a recent health history and continue your chiropractic care. Other imaging or an examination may be required before you begin care.
If you are new to Chiropractic.
We will ask you fill in a new patient care form and give you information about Chiropractic (video). Dr Farmer will take a thorough health history to assertain if chiropractic care can help you. If so, he will perform a physical and neurological examination and take x-rays if indicated (only for those over 18 years of age).
Specific adjustments are then given to correct any misalignments and nerve interference that may be causing you pain and unpleasant symptoms.
Your age, spinal, joint condition and general health are all considered before chiropractic care is given. We will explain everything to you, answer your questions, and respect your decisions.

X-rays are available with a Medicare rebate and Hi Caps for instant private health insurance claiming. We also care for DVA patients and Enhanced Primary Care patients referred by Medical Practitioners.
Please note Enhanced Primary Care Plans only cover the cost of a regular chiropractic adjustment. Examination and x-rays on the first visit will require payment. Please enquire with our friendly reception team for further details.
